Hi guys,
Last week I
have eaten the best pancakes ever. Omg I thought I was going to die. It tasted like
heaven.
Hmmmmm!
They are so delicious and fluffy, it was like a little angels had just landed on your tongue.
And they don’t take long, probably about 10 to 20 minutes.
And the best part is.... they are sugar free!!
Ingredients
115 gr flour
2 dl karnmelk
1 ts baking powder
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
First
Separate the eggs and whisk the egg white untill it is stiff.
Seconde
Mix the flour, buttermilk, baking powder, salt, and the egg yellow untill well combined.
Thierd
Scoop the egg white through the mixture.
Fourth
Stir the mixture in to a pan. No butter needed. As soon as the pancake doesn't stick to the pan anymore, you can turn it over.
Tip: They taste even better with butter, marmelade or some powered sugar.
